1. What is Lenskingkart?

Lenskingkart is an online optical store offering a wide range of eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and premium-quality lenses. We provide stylish eyewear with accurate vision solutions — all from the comfort of your home.

2. Are your lenses prescription-based?

Yes. We offer prescription and non-prescription lenses. You can upload your eye prescription while placing the order, and our experts will customize the lenses accordingly.

3. How do I select the right lens for my frame?

After selecting a frame, click on “Select Lenses”. You’ll be guided step-by-step to choose your lens type — such as Single Vision, Bifocal, or Zero Power — and additional options like Blue Cut, Anti-Glare, or Photochromic lenses.

4. Do you offer zero-power or computer glasses?

Yes. We offer Zero Power lenses with Blue Cut protection, perfect for digital screen use and eye strain reduction.

5. Can I use my existing prescription?

Absolutely. You can upload a valid prescription (image or PDF) while ordering, or enter your power details manually during checkout.

6. What if I don’t have my prescription right now?

No problem! You can place your order with “I’ll share later”, and send your prescription to us via WhatsApp or Email once it’s ready.

7. How do I know which frame size fits me?

Each frame on Lenskingkart comes with detailed size information (lens width, bridge, and temple length). You can also use our Frame Size Guide to find the best fit.

8. Are your lenses scratch-resistant?

Yes. All our lenses come with anti-scratch coating, and you can upgrade to premium coatings such as anti-glare, UV protection, and water-repellent finish.

9. Do you offer try-at-home service?

Currently, we offer virtual try-on and detailed frame previews. We are also working on introducing a home trial service in select cities soon.

10. What payment options are available?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.

11. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom prescription lenses may take a little longer depending on your lens type and coating selection.

12. Can I return or exchange my glasses?

Yes. If there’s an issue with the product (like wrong power or damage in transit), you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Please check our Return Policy for details.

13. How can I contact customer support?

You can reach us via WhatsApp, Email, or the Contact Us page on our website. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

14. Do you provide warranty on products?

Yes. All frames and lenses come with a manufacturer warranty covering any manufacturing defects.

Absolutely. We source frames, lenses, and coatings directly from trusted brands and certified optical suppliers, ensuring 100% authenticity and quality.
