🔁 Return Policy
We offer a 3-day hassle-free exchange for all products purchased from our website, counted from the date of delivery.
🚫 Returns will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

⚠️ Damage due to misuse or improper handling.

🏷️ Missing or tampered price tags.

📦 Products returned without the case, invoice, or original packaging/items.
After inspection, we’ll confirm if the merchandise is in acceptable condition. Only upon confirmation will the return/exchange process begin.
📦 Dispatch Timeline:
Orders are shipped within 2 working days of placement and typically delivered in 2–10 working days, depending on location.
⏳ Delays from logistics partners do not qualify for refunds.
💰 A convenience fee applies for refunds (Prepaid orders only, if applicable).
⚠️ Disclaimer:
Exchange requests for reasons like size or fitting are accepted but note that the exchange process takes 10–15 working days for dispatch.
❗ Orders below ₹600 are not eligible for return/exchange.
📬 Return Process

2️⃣ Enter your Name, Email, Contact Number, and Order Number (#…) along with your feedback or reason.
3️⃣ Wait 24–48 hours for our team to review your request.
4️⃣ Upon approval, you’ll receive a confirmation message with shipping instructions.
🔄 Exchange Policy

💸 Free exchange on all eligible orders (no extra shipping charged).

❌ No return/refund/exchange on discounted or promotional orders.

🎁 Credit notes/gift cards not applicable when using promo codes.

🚚 If our logistic partner cannot arrange a pickup, the customer must send back the parcel (shipping charges reimbursed as per actuals).
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under specific circumstances:

🧾 You can opt for a Credit Note* for the paid amount (applies to both Prepaid & COD orders).

💳 Credit notes are issued less shipping charges and can be used for future purchases.

❌ No cash or bank refunds are issued.

🚫 Wrong/damaged products returned by customers will not be accepted or returned back.

❌ No refund/exchange for promotional/discounted/sale orders.

🔁 Once exchanged and delivered, no further exchange or refund is allowed.

⚠️ Exchanges are processed on MRP (price at the time of exchange).
🛍️ In case of a wrong/faulty product delivered:

Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange a pickup within 24–48 hours.

The replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.

🚫 No return/refund/exchange on:

💳 Refund on cancellations (Prepaid orders only):

If the order is cancelled before processing, a ₹200 convenience fee applies.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days to the original payment mode.
⚠️ No exchange/refund on CLEARANCE SALE products.
🎟️ Credit Note Policy*
A Credit Note is a gift card issued to your wallet, valid for 1 year.
It can be used for any frame available on our website.

At lenskingkart , we strive to deliver the best customer experience. However, to ensure transparency and prevent misuse:

If you receive a product that is physically damaged, incomplete, defective, or incorrect, send us the unboxing video within 5 hours via email or WhatsApp.
This helps us investigate and resolve your concern promptly.
🚫 No refund/exchange will be processed without this proof — only a replacement will be issued.
